Refund policy
We want you happy with your Dravmore. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify, the unit needs to be unused, in its original condition, and back in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. It can take a little longer to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
A few things to know: return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one - in those cases we cover it, so just reach out. We don't charge a restocking fee. Sale and clearance units are final sale.
Orders typically arrive within 7-9 business days of shipping. If your Dravmore hasn't arrived within that window, email us at support@dravmore.com and we'll track it down for you.
If your unit arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@dravmore.com within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right.
